Excellent service and selection of cars. Wayne goes above and beyond and really knew his stuff on my Tesla and even set up the app before I drove away for a long journey home to charge. His mum was lovely and made a nice coffee too while I waited for the insurance. Will definitely be getting my next car from you.

We recently purchased a 2014 Seat Leon 2.0 TDI from Wayne at Sports and Prestige of Lichfield He gave us detailed information on the vehicle prior to a viewing, held the vehicle for a week without a deposit which was fantastic for us as we have, lets just say been through the mill financially and with cars lately, other sellers have just been pushy and absolutely clueless about cars just wanting the sale Not the case with Wayne, he has unbelievable knowledge about cars and has been helpful throughout, I even queried about cam belt and water pump because of the age and without hesitation he'd look up the paperwork and get back to me, he promptly got back saying he initially couldn't find any info so ordered the new belt and water pump which he would fit the very next day, bearing in mind I'd only phoned at this stage and the viewing was a week away, work commitments were dependant for us to travel around a 350 odd mile round trip having the same day off Fast forward and we've arrived at Wayne's to view the car, amazing place, car was immaculate, we'd brought our dog who is an older boy now, obviously asking Wayne if this was ok before coming, not a problem he even walked him while we had a test drive rather than us leaving him in our car, made us a nice tea and coffee whilst showing us the extensive history all paperwork etc, amazing hospitality and professionalism from start to finish, didn't even get warranty as we were convinced the car was really amazing anyway for it's age Next day we get a problem, we thought here we go again, coolant had drained (not fully empty) had warning on dash, phoned Wayne he was brilliant, turns out only an airlock from when cambelt and water pump had been changed and he was very apologetic, he said top up coolant, take for a run and was sorted and much relief and absolute thanks to Wayne for this, had another issue with basically wear and tear, coolant tank had developed a leak a week after purchase, phoned Wayne for advice even though its technically not his problem anymore but no he helped sort that out too which we weren't expecting, top guy if I could give more stars on the review I would Highly recommended 👌

Great range of cars on offer and lots of out of the ordinary vehicles if you want something a bit different. Very friendly and approachable (and Wayne's mum makes a lovely cup of tea). No high pressure sales technique just good old fashioned service (how rare is that these days). Delighted with my purchase (Subaru Forester Sti)-had a slight problem with it after a couple of weeks when the radiator started to leak. Sorted out by Wayne with no fuss or bother. Would definitely buy from them again-highly recommended. I have no connection with them other than being a very satisfied customer.
